Fix probabilistic report aggregate pair handling

Trying to create a probabilistic report referencing an aggregate does fails with `report_parameters: {'object_pairs': {'0': {'forecast': ['Not a valid UUID.']}}}` This is due to a bug in the javascript that improperly fetches the uuid of the forecast, and tries to pass the string representation of the selected `<option>`.
