Reports: clone report parameters doesn't copy "Forecast Fill Method"

Not sure yet if this is a bug or more of an expected behavior for some users:

What I tried:

1. open an existing Report, where the "Forecast Fill Method" is set to "filled with" zeros (0.0)
2. clone the Report by clicking "Clone report parameters"

What I expected:

• clicking "Clone report parameters" will open a new Report with all the same report parameters populated, including "Forecast Fill Method" is set to "filled with" zeros (0.0)

What actually happened:

• clicking "Clone report parameters" opens a new Report with the same report parameters, except the "Forecast Fill Method" section is empty (i.e., none of the 3 radio items are checked, including "fill with")
