Merlin - add additional language dictionaries

Currently, Newman is using Apertium, a simple dictionary based translation program. The only dictionary loaded is the Spanish dictionary. Supposedly, there are hooks for other translation frameworks like moses and Apache Joshua too.

Can we load the following language dictionaries?
Chinese <-> English
Russian <-> English
Arabic <-> English
Turkish <-> English
