* major cleanup and introduction of uid fields

this removes all old entries. furthermore this introduces
the 'uid' field, so that we don't have random generated uid's
in our ics file but deterministic ones. this is relevant for
any software that imports this calendar file, since it can use
the uid to detect what is already there.
