🌱 Fix/golangci lint 125 (#202)

* Convert to v2 gloangci-lint format.
* Avoid name clash with hash stdlib.
* golangci-lint: Printf -> Print
* Comment out ctx check. (we need exec.Command() for now)
* Fixup comment.
* Add default cases to switch. (golangci-lint)
* Fix error: unknown flag: --out-format
