Add artcodix as compliant cloud. (#128)
* Add artcodix as compliant cloud. Signed-off-by: Kurt Garloff <[email protected]> * Replace Regio's Dashboard with HM. Technically, the HM from Regio is a bit different, as it is a public dashboard, not requiring the github oauth login and not allowing to tweak variables. But using a different term without explanation does not seem useful.
