Fix/readd ciab and testbed (#291)

* Include CiaB and testbed docs again.
  They moved, see issue #287.
* Need prettier.
* It's not a subdirectory but testbed.mdx
* Add CiaB and Testbed to IaaS Deployments Examples sidebar.
* Need to link index
