Add Interview in Behördenspiegel.

(We don't have a good way to publish this on the new website yet,
 so put it on the old one. Hopefully this is soon no longer an issue.
 Need to think about consolidating all
 News/Announcements/Blogs/Press/Conferences in one place better sooner
 than later.)
