Bug: Application hangs when restarting with update #140

What happened?
When "Restarting to Apply" an update older instance of SDMM hangs after opening a new SDMM window.
Reproduction
- Run StrongDMM to find that an update is available to apply.
- Click the "Restart to Apply" button.
- Observe the new, updated SDMM opening fine, old one hanging.
