Run nano/vim on ecode's built-in terminal emulator - part 1

You will ask me why would I want to do this. But why not? The ecode's built-in terminal emulator is said to be a complete terminal emulator. It should be able to handle nano/vim!

The first issue I’ve encountered is that the cursor is very hard to see. When I use the arrow keys to navigate through the file, I can barely tell where the cursor currently is.

Could you make it easier to see the cursor?

Yeah, the terminal supports several different cursors, it's implemented but configurable, I'll add the options later.

@SpartanJ Does the built-in terminal emulator support unlimited scrollback? What will happen if I type -1 into Configure terminal scrollback?

If you set -1 it will ignore the input. You can set any value between 0 and INT_MAX.
