Frankly speaking, FreeBASIC already has a bunch of homegrown editors. I don’t think they need ecode support. See: https://www.freebasic.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=25215 (and many more) Most of them are full‑featured IDEs that resemble the Visual Basic IDE. They absolutely don’t need ecode support! |

I found a PR exactly for this (SpartanJ/eepp#35). I don't know the quality since I can't test it.
