--health is just a report, why don't you try it? It's basically the same as Check Language Health window within the application, but on the CLI. It's just to check which LSP, Linters, Formatters and Debuggers are available on your system. This is a direct copy of hx --health from helix editor, I really liked it so I just shamelessly replicate it.
