How to export with "+" begging number, NumberFormat::FORMAT_GENERAL doesn't use

Doesn't it solve by WithColumnFormatting?.I think this is more reasonable and easy.

ColumnFormatting isn't the same as data types in PhpSpreadsheet. Column format is the format that Excel uses, data type is how PhpSpreadsheet formats the value before inserting it in the Excel.

I just did that and excel, CSV and any kind program of a spreadsheet is interpreting my column and cells as numbers and not general strings which are giving me a lot of trouble because some dates are removing the leading zero from days and values the suffix zeros.

how do you set a column format to a text column? will that auto prepend a single quote into the field?
