In maatwebsite excel export/import I need to insert name instead of id

Sorry for the weak English. In maatwebsite excel export/import, I need to insert name instead of id. Because some fields are dynamic and fetch from other tables, so when I export it gives ids in columns, but I want the name of those entries, and when I import those entries will find the matched name and insert it into the table by id.
