Include Column with Empty Heading Row

Please, help :) I have an excel spreadsheet where everything shows up great but the first column because there is no text in the heading for that column. As a result, it returns null. Is there a way for me to force include the value of items in that column or force give that column a title during import? I'm using WithHeadingRow;
