Changing row height and cell width does not work in ods

I used

WithColumnWidths

    public function columnWidths(): array
    {
        return [
            'A' => 155,
            'B' => 45,
        ];
    }

and

    public function registerEvents(): array
    {
        return [
            AfterSheet::class    => function(AfterSheet $event) {
                $event->sheet->getDelegate()->getRowDimension(1)->setRowHeight(150);
                $event->sheet->getDelegate()->getColumnDimension('A')->setWidth(100);
            },
        ];
    }
