How to ignore dropdown menu in excel

Hi guys,

Need some help as i'm stuck. I have an excel with drodpown values for 1 column but when i try do (new UsersImport)->toArray($request->file('excel')) i'm getting the value with the dropdown although that row is empty.

Any help how to fix this ?
