The format in excel is: d-m-Y

I tried with carbon, but without success.

Carbon::parse($row[1])->format('Y-m-d')

Magic formula for convert Excel Data to Timestamp

UNIX_DATE = (EXCEL_DATE - 25569) * 86400

example:
$data['date_for_first_order'] = Carbon::createFromTimestamp(($data['date_for_first_order'] - 25569) * 86400);
