cant export to excel

i am using laravel 5.6
laravel-excel (maatwebsite/excel) 2.1

i can export a hundred thousand more lines, and the file can be exported & downloaded.
but if the rows exported to excel are more than two hundred thousand, the file is successfully exported but not downloaded, and the nginx 404 page appears
