Error Call to undefined method Illuminate\Foundation\Application::share()

Hello everyone. Can you guys help me to fix the problem that I had.
So, wanted to try testing Laravel-Excel, I follow the instruction, but when I try move to next instruction "php artisan vendor:publish --provider="Maatwebsite\Excel\ExcelServiceProvider" --tag=config" I got type of error like this.

You are not on the lastest laravel excel, you have installed v2 not v3.1

It should work, but have done putting

I've just now succeed with separating the --ignore-platform-req from combining two of them like before into two like this: composer install --ignore-platform-req=ext-gd --ignore-platform-req=ext-zip

I had also retry to re-run composer require just to see if adding these two arguments will also work. Before running this, I was removed the composer.lock and /vendor: composer require maatwebsite/excel --ignore-platform-req=ext-gd --ignore-platform-req=ext-zip

Stepping ahead, I also try to make the required extension by making them available within my PHP environment. I've configured them in a form of Dockerfile like this:

From this Dockerfile, I should install few libraries: zlib1g-dev libpng-dev libzip-dev Then, I install the PHP extension using docker-php-ext-install {name / list of extension to be install}. Lastly, enabling them: docker-php-ext-enable {name / list of extension to be enable}

Now, I can just directly running composer install or require without need to specify those two ignores arguments again.

I had the same error when running initial Maatwebsite\Excel installation using composer
composer require maatwebsite/excel
This by default created the following in my composer.json

However, upon some research around i got the guide to upgrade to more latest version at least ^3.1 and so did this using the composer command:
composer require maatwebsite/excel:^3.1 --ignore-platform-reqs
This solved the problem and my composer.json now has this

Publishing of the excel package is now okay.
