Display imported file

I would like to display the imported file in my blade/html after successful import without need to refresh page.
I would like to do this using Livewire and/or Alpine.js or may be there are simpler alternatives?
I assume this can be done using events in Laravel-Excel and corresponding event listener in Livewire?
As I am new to Livewire and Alpine.js I need all the help I can get to achieve this. Anyone who has done similar who could share their experience?
