How to get text of formatted cell (not actual value)?

When I import an excel file, I want to get the text displayed(1/2) not the actual value (0.5), how can I do that?

Finally I did it with code below:

                $event->reader->getPhpSpreadsheetReader()->setReadDataOnly(false);
                $iofLoad = $event->reader->getPhpSpreadsheetReader()->load($this->filePath);

                foreach ($sheets as $index => $sheet) {
                    for ($i = 4; $i <= $sheet->getHighestRow(); $i++) {
                        $cell = $sheet->getCell('O'. $i);
                        $formattedValue = $cell->getFormattedValue();
                        $event->reader->getSheet($index)->setCellValue('O' . $i, $formattedValue);
                    }
                }
            }
        ];
    }

But I got another problem, the cell displayed as "1/1", but the $formattedValue is still "1" while the type changed to string.
Anyone could tell the reason?
