Models (all) - consider service houskeeping additions


As we transition into more (semi-) automated ways to add data differentiating people from bots will be more critical.  Registering services so conceptually do

service_created_by_id
service_updated_by_id
service_created_at
service_updated_at
```

... though this is probably just an argument for making User be Agent.
