Quick Type doesn't add a Taxon Determination like Comprehensive type does

From New TN, click Quick Type, ..., save CO. Check that there's no TD.

OTOH, From New TN, click Comprehensive Type, ..., save CO. A TD was auto-added to the form when it loaded, and then gets saved with everything else.

(I would think, in the sense of better-than-nothing, that a basic TD should be automatically saved in the Quick type case even though there's not a TD panel, or maybe just a checkbox saying save TD for this type ... but then people will want the rest of the panel options.)

In the Quick case, if a TD isn't auto-created on save, it could at least be added to the CSD panel when the Comprehensive button is click from Quick type.

I think we could add a checkbox for this, but some cases a taxon name could have many OTUs. For those cases we should add an option to pick one.

Hmm, I'm not sure about adding data via parameters to existing objects. It makes sense with a new object, but with an existing object, it should only load the information it was created with and not populate forms with additional data
