As a anatomy curator I want to consider the consequences of a model identical to OtuRelationship but for Anatomical parts.
This would be the route to capture annotated synonymies of concepts (NOT core anatomical definitions)... though this also captures the nature of the classes.
- Ensure semantics are not (typically) curated in the core anatomy ontology
