Recipe potentially not cleaning up older versions of Hoverfly #2

@danielbryantuk reported an issue where he tried to install the latest version of Hoverfly + hoverctl via brew. @danielbryantuk may have had older versions of the binaries instaleld on his machine, not via brew.
The end result was that the binaries on his path were not on the new ones.
