Linux VST3 + LV2 build

Hi,

I succeeded to build Le Phonk on Linux x86_64.

LePhonk.vst3.zip
LePhonk.lv2.zip

If you want to add the files to the release i could make an arch linux working package.

The plugin has been tested on Fedora and Arch Linux and works perfectly.
