Stop Using Tailwind CSS #18

Description

@b0x207

Tailwind CSS is great, but while it gives a lot of good, predefined color and such, because it is a utility first style framework, it makes it significantly harder to keep colors consistent across the site. My proposal is to write our CSS from scratch and reference Tailwind and other frameworks for some of the generic tools. This would require quite a large overhaul of the site and @DevBro123 would most certainly be needed (once the basics of the system are in place) to help refine the CSS. I do plan on doing the majority of the overhaul myself, including all of the backend work and generating the basics of the CSS. After this is when I plan on @DevBro123 to start refining the system.
