ATtiny 0/1-series (SOIC-8): using SPI and EXTCLK simultaneously

Hello Friends,

I need to use SPI and EXTCLK simultaneously in ATtiny 0/1-series (SOIC-8) and as you know PIN7 (PA3) functions EXTCLK/SCK.
is there any way to multiplex SCK to other pin?
