Bump the versions of Spine libraries #181
Description
Now, the repository uses old versions of Spine libraries. Due to the bug in mc-java, we can't use its latest version. As a result, the versions of other Spine libraries are also downgraded.
In the scope of this issue, specify the last versions of mc-java and other Spine libraries, when the mentioned bug is resolved. Also, pick up the latest versions of ErrorProne and CommonsCli from config. Now they are incompatible with the current mc-java.
