Refactor Project Scaffolding #53
Description
- Remove samples module from Project and then create new two separate example github Project
- Remove emon, emon-libs, emon-vis and evented-comman modules and then create new seperated eventapis-monitoring and eventapis-monitoring-ui github projects
- Rename necessary file to keep coding convention as compatible as possible
