add ProviderAlias-Attribute to loggers

can [ProviderAlias](https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/microsoft.extensions.logging.provideraliasattribute?view=aspnetcore-2.0) be added to SplunkLogger? Then we can configure specialized LogLevels for SplunkLogger in appsettings.json
