Enable NINA Warnings (Germany, DE)

I am not quite sure how to enable automatic NINA emergency warnings (for Germany).

My config has the following two set:

enableDEalerts = True
myRegionalKeysDE = 055150000000

And I think I need to enable eAlertBroadcastEnabled = True too, but in that case, it will also enable FIPS alerts?

Also how often are these checked and will they be broadcast every time or just for "new" alerts?

I am not sure how to test it properly.

The bot sends an alert when manually triggering an ealert, but I didn't get a broadcast on a test channel.

And being in Germany, I'd like to avoid broadcasting US / FEMA warnings of course.

Current settings are:

Sounds like it's working it should only be broadcasting new alerts checks every 20min

Found the issue and made pull request #183.

I do feel the handling of these alerts is a little confusing. eAlertBroadcastEnabled enables all the broadcasts, so besides Nina alerts, the FEMA alerts are being enabled too even though I won't need them. This results in warnings like System: iPAWS fetching IPAWS alerts from FEMA.

Maybe use that setting to enable alert broadcasts globally and use myFIPSList, myRegionalKeysDE, etc. to decide if the corresponding alerts should be fetched? In that case an empty list means "disabled".

Oh sheesh yes this is a mess, it was a moment of organic growth to add a lot of alerting for "a bunch of countries"

But the nuances of maintaining the changes to USA feeds and dozens of others was too much to handle in spare time. It's hard to know what feeds and how to best serve the local area globally.

I can look into it a little more and make some suggestions. I just wasn't sure if some things were made in a specific way.

I am not fluent in python, but I should be able to fiddle with and restructure it a little :-).
