Implement Automated Testing with GUT #69
Description
Integrate GUT for automated testing and include it as part of the CI/CD pipeline. However, we need a solution to prevent GUT from being included as part of the SmoothScroll addon when it is being installed, as adding it to the addons folder will lead to Godot installing all the content in that folder, including GUT.
