Feature request : Alert deduplication rules with key-based deduplication

Hello,

Older accounts (created before Aug 21, 2023) and Enterprise accounts can configure Squadcast services with [key-based deduplication rule](https://support.squadcast.com/services/alert-deduplication-rules/key-based-deduplication). 

It is possible to enable key-based-deduplication activation and configuration with the Squadcast Terraform provider please?
