I believe that this is because these workflows have a weekly scheduled build and all triggers are therefore automatically disabled if there's no activity for 60 days. See SquareBracketAssociates/BuildingApplicationWithSpec2#140 and SquareBracketAssociates/Booklet-AdvancedMicroProjects#12
