Question of SolveR of Wang's method in AXBYCZ_Wang_Utils.jl

in the AXBYCZ_Wang_Utils.jl, the function of SolveR, the line of "R = reshape(V[1:9,90]/norm(V[1:9,90]),(3,3))*√3", why the " reshape(V[1:9,90]/norm(V[1:9,90]),(3,3)) " * "√3"?  Isn't it "*2√3" in the original text ?
