Feature and its Use Cases

Issue: The current README contains generic full-stack boilerplate that misrepresents the repository's focus as an EVM smart contract protocol.

Fix: Remove frontend/mobile checkboxes, update developer commands to Foundry (make build/test), and add sections for protocol architecture and security.

Why: Ensures open-source contributors and auditors immediately understand the protocol's logic, scope, and proper local setup instructions.

Features Added: Core architectural overview, accurate Foundry CLI commands, and a deployed contract address registry.
