On the JIRA integration, the Get Epic Children tool is returning the following error. @claude Investigate this using web search and resolve it.
Failed to get epic children: Jira API Error: The requested API has been removed. Please migrate to the /rest/api/3/search/jql API. A full migration guideline is available at https://developer.atlassian.com/changelog/#CHANGE-2046 (Status: 410)
