Adding users - helm

We are deploying using the helm chart into K8s, and would like a method of adding multiple users, so we can differentiate activities.
Our ideal auth solution would be SSO, but it seems like this isn't an option yet, and the LDAP backend would not be viable in our environment.

I can't see any obvious way of adding multiple users, with a helm based deployment, using the basic out of the box authentication backend, but wasn't sure if am I missing something, any suggestions how we might do this ?
