Survey Integer Value Selection is Buggy

Do not use the integer value survey question type until further notice. There are two bugs, one non-critical, one extremely critical.

1. This selection option isn't available on the survey page, only on the batch template
2. If you use this feature on a survey, it forces all questions using the feature to be the same value. This must be a ref error.
