[utils] add self-deletion function #34
Description
Problem
As I integrated the option for users to self-initiate the deletion of the own user account, would it maybe make sense to have these two function as basic ecosystem functions provided by spezi-firebase-utils?
Solution
Integrate the work from StanfordBDHG/MyHeartCounts-Firebase Pull #38 and update StanfordSpezi/spezi-firebase-template/ Issue to reflect the new changes here.
Additional context
@pauljohanneskraft what's your opinion on this? Maybe keeping it in the basic template keeps the utils package lean, which would be imo a solid argument to close this issue as not planned.
