Evaluate Creation of Predicates Equivalent

Many of [Guava Predicates](https://github.com/google/guava/blob/master/guava/src/com/google/common/base/Predicates.java) function's are obsoleted by functions on Java 8 Predicate or lambdas, but some are potentially still useful. We should evaluate all available functions, and either document the migration away from it or generate an Alloy equivalent
