Improve temperature graph UX #40

Summary
The temperature graph on the dashboard has several UX issues that make it less intuitive to use.
Issues Identified
- Time selector not obvious - The time range selector (day/week/month/year/forever) has no visual indication that it's clickable. Needs button styling, dropdown arrow, or hover effect.
- No axis labels - Y-axis should show temperature scale (degrees), X-axis should show time/dates for context.
- No drive selector/filter - Users should be able to filter which drives are displayed on the graph, especially useful when monitoring many drives.
Acceptance Criteria
- Time selector has clear visual affordance (looks clickable)
- Y-axis shows temperature scale with units
- X-axis shows time labels
- Drive filter/selector allows showing/hiding specific drives

Discovered during testing of develop branch with upstream PR integrations.
