[bug]: Services' Config lacks "warning" for union types

Current Behavior

Warnings that explain the options of union types no longer show up under a service's Config as of v034.

Expected Behavior

We would like to preserve and display these Warnings when users enter Config for 0.4.0

Steps to Reproduce

1. Services > Bitcoin Core > Config > Advanced > Pruning Mode
2. Click the Pruning Mode option
3. See that the choices available lack any explanation "warning" at the top
