Current Behavior
If the Bitcoin blockchain falls behind, e.g. following startd failing and not being restarted for several days, the CLN healthcheck does not notice. In other words, it reports that the blockchain is synced, when it is not.
Expected Behavior
CLN healthcheck reports that blockchain is in syncing status
Steps to Reproduce
- Blockchain is behind
- Open CLN service
- See bug
