[feat]: option for additional 'externalhosts=' in lnd.conf (clearnet/hybrid support)

Describe the Feature Request

I'm currently running a fork of this repo with an extra configuration option to add an additional 'externalhosts=' in the lnd.conf

I noticed there's a branch on this repo with the same feature: https://github.com/Start9Labs/lnd-startos/compare/feature/clearnet-hack

can we get this setting integrated in main?

(I guess this will come with 036/040 too, but it would be nice to have already for us DIYers)

Describe the Use Case

This allows the ability to set additional external (clearnet) hostnames, LND will use these to resolve their IP and advertise it on the network.

These config changes will very likely be added to Master alongside the release of 0.3.6 but not before then.
