Allow external nodes with .local and .onion addresses to be added to RTL

Describe the Use Case

having multiple embassies, I would like to manage all my lightning nodes with one RTL service.

Describe Preferred Solution

ability to enter my LAN address or my TOR address in the Public Address field in Connection Settings.
