Repeated failed requests for iframe

I noticed that the site tries to get the following url periodically and it keeps failing (404):
https://startupwichita-slackin.herokuapp.com/iframe/socket.io/?EIO=3&transport=polling&t=1509914542338-0

I'm not sure what this code does or how much of a problem it is.

This eventually fills the console with the same errors (see screenshot below)
