Remove simulation code #42
Description
I personally would remove data simulation functionality and provide two (simulated) datasets as examples, potentially making up some covariate/outcome names.
The same applies for the MAIC strategy with respect to removing functionality. There are many limitations with the original code, which can frustrate the user and would motivate the need for custom error messages and error handling functionality, maintenance, etc.
